Function

Matt is growing fast! We are ready for the next challenge and will expand our services to the German market. As an intern Communication Germany you are Matt's voice towards our German consumers. You are responsible for the communication with our German customers and you will contribute to the creation of brand communication for Germany. By working with a local German PR agency we will roll out our unconventional and successful events such as The Hangover Bar and Mattflix in Germany. At this moment, Matt Sleeps is not known in Germany yet, and you may change that!

1. Deliver the best the best customer experience over the phone, email, live chat, and social media
2. Set up collaborations with local German brands for the events of Matt such as the Hangover Bar and Mattflix
3. Creative thinking about ways we can optimize customer experience
4. Creating brand awareness through free publicity (PR)

Requirements:

1. MA / BA
2. A proactive attitude, you can properly handle responsibilities
3. Energetic and enthusiastic, you can deal with ad hoc activities
4. Perfect German language skills (spoken and written)
5. Preferably speak and understand Dutch
