Then we would like to meet you! As your role as the French Country manager your are responsible for launching the Dutch brand Matt Sleeps in the French market. Your first challenge is to create a growth plan and execute this plan that will result in the first sales. This means growing the French customer base, increase the turnover and lowering the CPA costs. You identify growth opportunities, build brand awareness and decide how our marketing mix will look like. You are also responsible for how the marketing budget will be spent. In the growth plan you translate & test the growth strategy we used for the Dutch market. You’ll use the relevant learnings from recent campaigns and adapt these to the French market while also exploring other options that could benefit Matt Sleeps. At the same time you’ll experiment with new strategies and test new channels. You optimise and test each strategy. If it doesn’t work, adapt and try again. Constant tweaking is key here. You will work closely with our Dutch online marketeer to whom you will report to and tweak your campaigns with. Next to setting up and rolling out the marketing & sales strategy, in the beginning, you will also be responsible for the operations for the French market. Setting up customer support and be the centre point of contact for the PR company that you have chosen. You are also selecting interesting partnerships & influencers to collaborate with.
